Seeking calmness?

Try lemon balm tea.

Anxiety may come to us all at times, a feeling of unrest that maybe fleeting or something more debilitating.

Left to become a problem, anxiety can affect both your mental and physical health and overall wellbeing.

Exercise, meditation and activities such as yoga, can help relieve tension, calm the mind and reduce stress.

Lemon balm, a perennial herb of the mint family, makes a calming tea that can ease tension and lift spirits.

Simply add 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried lemon balm or 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh lemon balm to 175 ml of boiling water allowing to steep for 3 minutes.

Drink 3 times a day.
