Privacy Policy

We take the safety of all participants very seriously. However, all customers take full responsibility for participation in yoga and we urge customers to stay home if feeling unwell during this phase of the pandemic. We encourage the use of your own mat and props to minimise the risk of infection.

When you purchase a class pass or package from us you agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

All classes to be paid in full in advance a minimum of 24 hours before the class is due to start. Missed classes will be charged the full fee unless a minimum of 2 hours’ notice is given. No credit is given for a no-show.

No holds, transfers or extensions on any offers, no exceptions. The 5 Day Pass is valid for 10 weeks from the date of purchase and is non-transferable with no holds. Passes and packages cannot be shared. All class packages are non- refundable and non-transferable and cannot be suspended unless otherwise stated in the terms.

Previous class participation through casual payment or package purchases cannot be retrospectively credited, accumulated, transferred or negotiated towards any another product.

No offer can be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Class passes are non-extendable excepting for medical reasons or otherwise stated in the terms and conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to provide a letter from their physician outlining the required extension period.

Every effort is made to deliver classes as set out in the timetable, however class times may be subject to change or cancellation without notice. Check the website, Facebook page or Instagram page for the most up-to-date scheduling.

Prices are subject to change without notice to reflect increasing costs. This excludes existing pre-sales. Students under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in class.
Students under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian sign their waiver.

REFUNDS

We aim to comply fully with all aspects of Australian Consumer Law (Act 2010) as it relates to provision of services.

We are not obliged to provide a refund in circumstances where you changed your mind, changed your address, insisted on having a service provided in a particular way, against our advice or failed to clearly explain your specific needs to us.

In the event you become permanently sick or injured, have a general membership or package for which you are seeking a refund, you will need to provide us written notification as early as you can and provide a medical certificate to confirm the problem.

In accordance with Australian consumer law we will refund the unused portion of fees within 21 days of getting your notice, may charge a fee for any service that you used before you cancelled, may also charge an administration fee, may charge a cancellation fee.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Clients must complete, sign and return the waiver form prior to attending their first class.

Doors will be open at least 15 minutes prior to your class start time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. Please leave the studio promptly at the end of the class.

feeling wholesome is not responsible for the safety or storage of your personal belongings.

Mobile devices and phones should be switched off or on flight mode before entering the class. Pre-payment for our services is required as a condition of entry to the class.

We provide a clean and safe environment for our clients to enjoy yoga. Shoes and other footwear should be stored away from the yoga practice area or stowed in your baggage.

Clients are expected to behave in a respectful manner at all times towards the class teacher and other class participants.

Clients should provide their own mat, props and towel for each class. Any props supplied by feeling wholesome must be returned at the end of class as instructed.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel, terminate or suspend members or clients or deny access to any client who breeches the above terms and conditions without notice or warning.

We value you and your business and ask that you please respect our business policies.

Feeling Wholesome website Privacy Policy (Policy) sets out our personal information management practices. Throughout the Policy, we refer to your ‘personal information’ which means information which identifies you as an individual or from which you can be reasonably identified. Your name, address and telephone number are examples of personal information.

Our handling of personal information is subject to the Privacy Act 1988. Collection of your personal information there are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Feeling Wholesome client support features you may be required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to financial information and/or personal information.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and inparticular for the following reasons:

  • We may use the information to get in touch and reply to your enquiry.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send emails about new services or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

Sharing of your personal information we may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling client support enquiries and marketing. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. Feeling Wholesome takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers.

Use of your personal information for each visitor to reach the site, we collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used exclusively for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this site.

The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in the Policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will apply the relevant changes to, data collected from the time of the policy change forward and will otherwise adhere to our updated practices.
