Cashew dressing in just 3 minutes

Making a homemade dressing of any type is always the most delicious.

If you can make your own dressing they are super quick, avoiding commercial sugar and fat laden alternatives, whilst equally saving packaging, plastics and landfill items.

Making your own dressing is really very simple, the cashew nut dressing below takes just a few minutes to make and can be used on anything from crispy salads to sweet potatoes wedges.

Homemade also ensures you know just what the ingredients are, keeping your health and wellness eating goals firmly in sight.

Dressing

120g of cashews

40g of sesame seeds

1 TBS of fresh lemon juice

2 1/2 TBS Apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp Celtic salt

2 TBS mustard

Combine all the ingredients in a blender with a 1/4 cup water. Blend to desired consistency adding a little more water if required.

Store in a glass air tight jar in the fridge.

Serve with a big green salad.
