Tina, originally from the UK has lived in beautiful Australia since 2012 with her husband Julian.
Always having a personal passion and interest in leading a healthy lifestyle, Tina enjoys running, yoga, and swimming and has combined these passions by raising money for charity through events such as the London Marathon.
Tina in her spare time and when not enjoying exercise, enjoys creating plant based meals and new recipe ideas with her husband. Tina is author of a life blog and is currently working on future writing projects in the health and wellness field.
Combining her personal passion with the wise words she was gifted, Tina realised that the happiness and fulfillment she had found in her own health and wellness could be shared to support others.
Affiliations, Memberships & Qualifications
Tina is a graduate of one of Australia’s leading coaching academies and also qualified as a Wellness Coach and an NLP practitioner. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and committed to professional education and to best practice principles.
Having practiced yoga for many years, and been influenced by many instructors from across the world, Tina is a fully qualified yoga and meditation teacher and aspires to the highest level of teacher training standards globally and integrating the core foundation of the unique connection of yoga as lifestyle wellness.
